How do I request a postal try-on?

Heaps of people request a postal try-on, particularly for formal dresses and other special occasions. When placing your booking inquiry request the date of the actual event (to ensure its availability) and then ask in the chat if you can have a postal try-on beforehand. If the owner agrees, they can edit the booking to a "TRY-ON" and add in a date for it to be sent to you. They may request a fee which will be deducted from the total price if you proceed with the booking. Owners will usually do it on a Monday so it can be back for the weekend. 

If the try-on is a winner, you send the item back and the it will be sent to you for the event day. The owner will request the balance once it arrives and may request an extra shipping fee. 

If the try-on does not work you can request a refund for the try-on fee if that is what you've discussed. 

This feature is very flexible so make sure you discuss all aspects of the booking beforehand.
