Can I try-on before hiring/ buying?

Yes of course. If you find something you'd like to try on, check the owner's profile to see if they offer them.
If it's a go, put in a booking enquiry and ask on the chat to try on. If the owner agrees, sort out a date and time which will be attached to the booking summary. You may be charged a fully refundable fee to lock in the booking. This gives the owner confidence you will turn up at the agreed time.
If the try-on is successful, the balance will be requested by the owner for you to pay via our payment portal. If it does not suit, the fee will be refunded. If you do not turn up to the try-on the fee will be paid out to the owner.
Keep in touch with the owner about the booking and if you need to change the date and time, the owner can edit these on the booking summary.
