Who do you use as your payment gateway?

You will be offered a few ways to pay via our payment gateways Stripe and PayPal. You can use Apple Pay or check out with a card when using Stripe. If you choose PayPal you will be redirected to their site where you can check out as a guest using a credit or visa debit card or you can sign in with your PayPal account.
We hold your credit card details on file in case there is a dispute. We prefer owners to use the request late fees and money features on the App, but if an agreement cannot be made we may intervene.
We may charge your card if:
- Late fees are not paid. These must be clearly stated on the owner's shop policies to be enforced.
- Repairs or extra cleaning is required. A quote must be presented and if over $100 another will be requested.
- The dress needs to be replaced.
These will all be done on a case-by-case basis.
