Please request a refund from the owner if your rental has not been delivered or made available for you to pick up. We hold the money in trust until ITEM RECEIVED is pressed or it is the last day of hire. We hold the money in trust until then as a buffer.
The owner can issue you a full or partial refund from their end.
If you cannot get a hold of the renter, please go to the booking summary where their mobile number is listed and contact them.
