Why has my booking cancelled?

Once a booking enquiring is made the owner has 36 hours to accept the booking and then the lender has 48 hours to pay before it is automatically cancelled. Please chat about the booking as soon as you can and either progress or cancel the booking. This keeps your dashboard neat and tidy and encourages faster conversions. Once a booking is paid for it is marked off on your booking calendar. 


If a booking has been canceled please place another inquiry and progress within the timeframes. 


Cancelled bookings are automatically deleted after a week. If you have organised a try-on out of these time frames please place another booking closer to the date.
