We have a few features which can help with this.
1. Request a date change. The owner can action this on the booking summary as dates can be toggled and pushed into the future. This can be changed as many times as you like so long as it is available for those dates.
2. Request a refund. This is entirely up to the owner and their policies. Often individual renters are more flexible than established shops so keep this in mind when making the booking.
