Please request a refund from the owner if your rental has not been delivered or made available for you to pick up. We hold the money in trust until ITEM RECEIVED is pressed or it is the last day of hire. 


The owner can issue you a full or partial refund from their end. 


If you cannot get a hold of the renter, please go to the booking summary where their mobile number is listed and contact them. 


Sometimes girls are very unresponsive and we want to know about it. If you can't get a hold of them please let us know ASAP so we can put a block on the payout. This means we can refund you even after the last day of hire. We need to know this on the hire start date.
