Can I request a date change?

Yes, if your event is rescheduled you can request a date change with the owner. They can change this as many times as they like up until the start of the rental or when Item Received is pressed. 


If you do not know the new date of your event, we recommend it is changed to a future date during the week and then it can be changed when the event is confirmed. 

Please use our chat feature to discuss this with the owner. 


You'll be able to see if the item is available for your new date by checking the listing on the App or asking the owner on the chat or contacting them via mobile.
