Why do you hold my credit card details?

We hold your credit card details on file in case there is a dispute. We prefer owners to use the request late fees and money features on the App, but if an agreement cannot be made we may intervene.

We may charge your card if:

- Late fees are not paid. These must be clearly stated on the owner's shop policies to be enforced.

- Repairs or extra cleaning is required. A quote must be presented and if over $100 another will be requested.

- The dress needs to be replaced.

These will all be done on a case-by-case basis. 

You will be asked to agree to this when paying on the App.
