How long does it take to be refunded?

When you are refunded through the App the request is immediately sent to our payment gateway PayPal for processing. How long it takes for the money to be processed back onto your card depends on the type of card you used. If you used a credit/debit card it's two to five days. If you have a PayPal account and you have a balance it's instant.
A refund receipt will be sent to your email from PayPal with your reference number so you can use this to contact them if it takes longer. You can easily contact them through their chatbot and the response time is OK.
All bank transactions are taken outside of the App to PayPal.
