Can I take a booking off the app?

No it is a strict violation of our terms and conditions. 

If you are an owner and you get a booking enquiry through the app and direct it to another website, Instagram DM, Facebook messenger or mobile we may deactivate your account. Keeping the booking on the App and using our payment portal is the only way we can track the order and make sure everyone is doing the right thing. We keep a record of your messages in case there is a dispute. 

If we find you have taken it offline, we will not be responsible for what happens and you will not be covered by our T&C’s.
